Earth Day Vendors Vendors are invited to apply for a 10’x10’ space. The is no fee for Non-Profit Vendors. The Fee for For-Profit Vendors is $60. Two chairs and a 6ft long table are provided for each space. Applications do not guarantee admission to the event. Entrants will be reviewed for criteria compliance and participant mix. We will confirm your spot within one week of funds being received. To qualify for participation vendors need to offer environmentally friendly products or services. Participants criteria includes: Sustainable contributions to improve our environment including: reduce, reuse, recycle, products, services and or outreach. Proof of insurance is also required for some participants. Selections are made based on variety of vendors who have submitted a check to pay for booth fees or made a payment online via PayPal and the sustainability benefits the product or services provide. Vendors must follow all safety rules, have proper licenses and insurance and arrive at the park by 10am the day of the event. Nonprofit groups which improve our environment are welcome.
